Begusarai: Police have recovered a dead body from the Gandak river in Begusarai of Bihar. At the same time, there has been a stir in the area due to the dead body. The incident is of the Gandak River located in the village of Sakh under the Muffasil police station area. The deceased has been identified as Devnandan Das, son of the late Mahendra Das, living in Mubarakpur ward number 7, located in the Sakh Panchayat.
Family members told the police that on 24 January, Devnandan left his house to work in the garage. But he did not return home. A lot of searches were done by family members, but he could not be found. Later, a case of disappearance was registered at the Musffasilpolice station. Today, when people went to the banks of the Gandaki River to defecate, they saw the dead body floating in the water. The news of this was given to the police of Musffasilpolice station.
When the police of Muffasil police station arrived at the scene and investigated, it was identified as Devandan Das. This was given to the family by the police. Family members say that it was employed as a mechanic in the garage. He left home for the same work, after which he did not return home. The family also says that he had no rivalry with anyone. At present, the body has been sent to the Begusarai Sadar Hospital for post-mortem by the police of Muffasil police station and is involved in further investigation.
