Patna: While the Bihar bandh of leftist parties in protest against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) has been seen across the state, unique protests have also been witnessed in many places. Chief of the Jan Adhikar Party supporting the bandh and former MP Pappu Yadav came on the road wearing clutches and sought independence. At the Mahatma Gandhi Setu, the protesters danced to the Bhojpuri DJ wearing a saree.

Meanwhile, a number of protesters protested near Rajendra Nagar Terminal. This protest of left parties has been supported by RLSP, Jan Adhikar Party, Hum, VIP. Pappu Yadav, wearing clutches and handcuffs, reached the postal bungalow intersection of Patna and raised slogans of independence. He said that the citizenship amendment law is an attack on the soul of the constitution. An attempt has been made to divide the country with this act.
