Islamabad: Pakistan's Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has once again spewed venom against India. Regarding the plebiscite on Kashmir, Bilawal has said in a film dialogue that justice delayed means justice denied. The Foreign Minister of Pakistan, while spreading the propaganda of the date of January 5, said that on this day the United Nations Commission had pledged to hold a plebiscite in Jammu and Kashmir.
On 5 January 1949, UN Commission for India & Pak resolved to hold plebiscite in J&K. Kashmiris have been waiting for plebiscite ever since, giving sacrifices fearlessly. They must be given opportunity to realize their Right to Self-Determination. JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED

Pakistani leaders have celebrated January 5 as Kashmiri Self-Determination Rights Day. Taking advantage of this opportunity, the Foreign Office of Pakistan has also issued an anti-India statement. Pakistani embassies in many countries have also issued written statements in this regard. However, no one has mentioned Pakistan Occupied Kashmir in the statement. Bilawal Bhutto tweeted that, 'On 5 January 1949, UN Commission for India & Pak resolved to hold a plebiscite in J&K. Kashmiris have been waiting for plebiscite ever since, giving sacrifices fearlessly. They must be given the opportunity to realize their Right to Self-Determination. JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED.'
Pakistan has said that the right to self-determination is an important principle of international law, which has been ratified by the UNITED NATIONS General Assembly. Pakistan's Foreign Office has also mentioned in its statement the removal of Article 370 in Kashmir on August 5, 2019.
