The famous filmmaker Birsa Dasgupta always remains in the headlines due to his films. He is a well-known name in the Bengali film industry. 42-year-old directed gave brilliants films in his career. Recently, he has started the shoot for his upcoming film 'Psycho'. This film is going to be a psychological thriller.
The film features Anirban Bhattacharya, Anirban Chakraborty, Chandreyee Ghosh and Payel Dey in the key roles. Talking about the film, Birsa said that more than being an edge-of-the-seat thriller, he would like to call it is as a slow burn. This new film will have no music but will have a background score. The actors will have a lot of chance to express themselves with their dialogues and at times scenes requiring silence.
Talking about the cameo, the names of Debesh Chattopadhyay, Soumya Sengupta and Madhurima Ghosh came to the fore. While talking about this, the filmmaker said, "I will start shooting in February. I haven't thought of a release date yet. Maybe my producers will be able to say anything about this. But we are looking to wrap up soon and hope for a Poila Boishak release.
