For the sake of your information, before the arrest of Ismail Darbar, who has given music in superhit films like 'Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam' and 'Devdas', in the same case, his son Zayed would be accompanied by two associates Nishant Singh and Mohsin Khan. He was arrested and got bail too.
There is Ismail's production house in Amboli in the name of 'Darbar Production', and the victim came here to collect the outstanding balance of Rs 38,000. During this time, Zaid, Nishant and Mohsin beat him with hockey sticks in the parking lot, causing him to be badly injured.
After the incident, Pramit filed an FIR in Amboli police station, in which he accused Zayed, Nishant and Mohsin apart from Ismail and also mentally tortured. On Tuesday, the police arrested Zaed, Nishant and Mohsin under section 323 and 324 of the IPC, but they were released on bail afterwards.
