Durg: R Srinivas, an engineer posted at BIT Engineering College, has made a unique lighting traffic jacket. It has been told that this type of jacket has been made for the first time in the world. The jacket will be synchronized with the traffic signal using a radio transmitter. After this, the light which will be lit on the signal, the same light will also be lit in the jacket.

SP Dr. Abhishek Pallav has done a live demo wearing this jacket himself. He looked very happy with this invention. He said that at least 400 jackets would be required in the entire Durg district. Soon its order will be given by the Durg Police. After this, traffic constables will be able to control traffic by wearing these hi-tech jackets at all signals.

Wearing this jacket, the servicepeople can stop the vehicle without any fear. Not only this, but seeing the color of the constable's light jacket in the middle of the road, the driver will also be able to drive his vehicle accordingly. Durg SP Dr. Abhishek Pallav roamed for about two hours in Patel Chowk of Durg wearing this jacket. As soon as the traffic signal turned red, the light of his jacket also started flashing red synchronously with the signal and as soon as the signal turned green or yellow, the light of the jacket also changed accordingly.

It is being told that the light of the jacket made by the engineer glows in less than 10 volts of energy. Two batteries have been installed in this jacket. One battery lasts for a maximum of one and a half hours. The cap light has also been attached to the jacket itself. After one and a half hours second battery can be used and discharged battery can be charged again. In this, there can be no current or any other danger to the traffic constable in any way.
