A unique entry in this list is Rajender Eatala, who is being fielded in two constituencies, Huzurabad and Gajwel. Notably, Eatala previously belonged to another political party and will now compete against Telangana Chief Minister and Bharat Rashtra Samithi leader KCR in Gajwel. The list also accommodates three sitting Members of Parliament, including former president Sanjay Kumar Bandi, Soyam Bapu, and Arvind Dharmapuri. Soyam Bapu is gearing up for the electoral contest in Boath, while Dharmapuri is vying for the Korutla constituency.
In the preceding political move, the opposition Congress unveiled its initial list, which comprised 55 candidates on October 15. Prominent figures include Anumula Revanth Reddy, the party's state unit chief, contesting from Kodangal, and former Telangana Congress president Uttam Kumar Reddy, who will be running from Huzurnagar. As the political landscape heats up, the BJP's candidate list sets the stage for what is expected to be a closely watched and fiercely contested election.
