Jaipur: The assembly elections in Rajasthan are yet to be completed for three years, but the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has started an exercise to take home. The BJP's core team for Rajasthan was announced yesterday night. It may be its first meeting on Monday. BJP General Secretary and Rajasthan-in-charge Arun Singh will arrive in Jaipur on Saturday night. While co-incharge Bharti Ben Shiyal will arrive in Jaipur tomorrow. After a long time, the BJP leaders, who are divided into factions, will sit together.
Vasundhara Raje will also come from Dholpur to Jaipur for the core committee meeting. The BJP has formed a core team to bring leaders like Satish Punia and Vasundhara Raje on a platform. The party's general secretary Bhupendra Yadav and Rajya Sabha member Om Mathur have also been given a place in the team to avoid the matter in the core team meeting. After the announcement of the core team, Vasundhara supporters are very enthusiastic. He is finding that Vasundhara Raje will return to the mainstream of BJP politics.
The BJP has tried to make caste equations through the core team, giving the most space to its traditional vote bank, Rajputs. The team consists of 3 Rajputs, 2 Jats, one Vaishya, one Brahmin, one Gurzer, a Yadav, a gardener, a Dalit, and a tribal community. The core team is also talking about not getting a place for the Meena caste.
