Lucknow: BJP nominee Jai Prakash Nishad filed a nomination for the by-election in the seat that was vacant after the demise of former Samajwadi Party member Beniprasad Verma. He has filed nomination in the Tandon Hall of the Assembly in the presence of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and BJP leaders.

This seat was vacant after the death of Samajwadi Party MP Beni Prasad Verma. Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya, Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Dinesh Sharma, BJP State General Minister Vijay Bahadur Pathak, Govind Shukla, Vice President JPS Rathore and other officials and state government ministers were present on the occasion.

On the other hand, various efforts are being made by CM Yogi to deal with the corona. 475 corona patients were found in Lucknow on Wednesday. There are 8 teenagers in the communication house. 7 people have died. On the other hand, the total number of patients has reached 14,697. After 7 days in the capital, less than 600 patients have been found in one day on Wednesday. Of these 475 patients, there are 8 juveniles in the communication house. A total of 56 teen positive have been found so far. On the other hand, on Tuesday, 41 personnel were investigated after receiving 12 cases of corona in UP 112 building. During this, 12 more positives were found. In the last two days, 24 police personnel, in which positive cases of corona have been found, all have been kept in home isolation.
