Mumbai: Political turmoil continues in Maharashtra following Sachin Vaze's letter bomb after former Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh in anti lie case. The BJP is attacking the Uddhav government following the resignation of Home Minister Anil Deshmukh. Meanwhile, Maharashtra BJP unit president Chandrakant Patil has claimed that two more ministers will resign in the next 15 days.

Patil has said that the situation in Maharashtra is yet to be imposed though our party is not demanding it. He made the remarks when suspended policeman Sachin Vaze claimed in a letter a day earlier that former state home minister Anil Deshmukh had demanded Rs 2 crore to continue his service in Mumbai police and another minister Anil Parab had asked him to deposit money from contractors. Senior NCP leader Deshmukh had resigned as home minister on Monday.

The Bombay High Court has ordered a CBI inquiry into the corruption allegations leveled against him by former Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh. Shiv Sena leader Parab has denied the allegations. Patil, without naming anyone in a conversation with the press here on Thursday, claimed, "Two ministers of the state will have to resign in the next 15 days. Some people will go to court against these Ministers and then they will have to resign.''
