Vidisha: Former BJP councilor Sanjeev Mishra along with his wife and two sons committed suicide by consuming poison in Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh. Before taking the dreadful step, Sanjeev had expressed his pain on the social media platform Facebook. He wrote 2 posts a few hours before the suicide on Thursday. In the first post, the BJP leader wrote that 'May God not give this disease, muscular dystrophy (DMD), to the child of the enemy, praying.' Whereas, in the second, he wrote the lines of the song 'Shikwa Nahin Kisi Se' from the film 'Naseeb'.
It is being said that Sanjeev Mishra met many people in the city with laughter and happiness on the day before ending his life along with his wife and two children. Sanjeev didn't even let people realize what was going on in his mind. Sanjeev's suicide along with the entire family has shocked the entire Vidisha.
Sanjeev Mishra was a councilor from ward number 32 of Vidisha Municipal Council on a BJP ticket. At the same time, at present, he was holding the post of Mandal Vice President of BJP. Sanjeev Mishra (45), a local BJP leader in Madhya Pradesh's Vidisha town, committed suicide along with his wife and two young sons by consuming sulfas tablets at home on Thursday after posting two consecutive posts on social media. Additional Superintendent of Police Sameer Yadav said that a case has been registered. Further legal action will be taken on the basis of the investigation.
