He has made a serious allegation against the food minister and Mamata Banerjee's nephew.

In addition, Kailash Vijayvargiya also said, "We will not include all of West Bengal TMC in the BJP. Only those MLAs who have a good image can join the BJP. Kailash said all these things last Friday. He went to Ujjain to visit Mahakal. He spoke to the media in the meantime. In the talks, he said, "The Food Minister of Bengal himself has stood in the dock and we had news that he wanted to come to the BJP. We have papers related to his scams. The free rice that Prime Minister Modiji sent was sold by the Food Minister of Bengal in the market. We have got the documents. He will not come to the BJP but go to jail. '
During the festival of Makar Sankranti, Kailash Vijayvargiya visited Mahakal for darshan. In the meantime, he claimed that 41 TMC MLAs are in touch with him. He also spoke on the farmers' protest. He said, "This has stopped investment in the country. In a democracy, PM Modi may be opposed, but the country should not be opposed. '
