Ballia: BJP's Uttar Pradesh Unit President Swatanter Dev Singh said in a controversial statement that PM Modi has decided when to fight Pakistan and China. The tension between India and China on the Line of Actual Control (LAC) is deepening, where troops from both countries are deployed in large numbers.
Swatanter Dev Singh has linked his claim to the start of construction of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya and the end of the special status of the erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir. A video of Singh has gone viral, saying that just like the verdict on Ram Mandir and Section 370, PM Modi has decided when the war with Pakistan and China is going to take off. The date on which it is scheduled is decided, "Singh made this statement while addressing party workers at the residence of BJP MLA Sanjay Yadav at Sikandarpur in Ballia district last October 23.
BJP MLA Sanjay Yadav released the video on Sunday. In his address, independent Dev Singh likened Samajwadi Party (SP), Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) and Congress leaders to terrorists. In this context, when BJP regional MP Ravindra Kushwaha was questioned, he said the state president had said so to increase the enthusiasm of the workers.
