Uma Bharti on love jihad, says, 'There is no need for conversion in country'

Bhopal: Former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) veteran Uma Bharti has given a big statement on the issue of love jihad. She said that there is no need to convert in this country because Hindus here have full right to obey the Quran-Bible along with Geeta and worship in the mosque along with temple. Congress MLA Kunal Chaudhary has also expressed his support on this statement of Uma Bharti.

Former CM Uma Bharti went to visit the Goddess Sharada Devi temple at Maihar in Satna on Friday. She arrived at Maihar's rest house to have darshan at Lord Ganesha's temple in Bada Akhara, Maihar. After seeing the world-famous hundreds of years old Lord Shiva at the Gola Math Temple, also darshan Maa Sharada Devi at Maihar.

Talking to reporters after the darshan, Uma Bharti said on the question asked by Love Jihad, "there is no need for conversion in this country because here Hindus are exempted, under the constitution that every Hindu has right to obey Quran-Bible along with Geeta and worship in mosque along with temple.
