Haryana BJP Chief Media Coordinator Suraj Pal Amu, disgraceful for exposing the makers and cast of 'Padmavati' movie, resigned on Wednesday.BJP Chief Media Coordinator Suraj Pal hit headlines when he recently declared a reward of Rs 10 crore for anyone who beheads actress Deepika, and filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali, and exalted a Meerut youth who had declared Rs 5 crore price money for beheading them.Suraj Pal threatened actor Ranveer Singh, who is acting as Delhi Sultanate ruler Alauddin Khilji in the Film, for supporting Bhansali.

"If you(Ranveer Singh) do not take back your words, we will break your legs," he had said, adding put down against the actor.Yesterday, Amu lashed out at Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar for not group meeting with the persons of the Shri Rajput Karni  Sena with the 'Padamavati' row, despite giving an appointment.

"They cannot act like this with us. I criticize the nature of the chief minister towards the president of Shri Rajput Karni Sena, Sukhdev Singh Godamedhi. I don't want to subordinate myself with the BJP because they are indirectly insulting us," Amu further said.On November 25, Karni Sena demanded a total ban on film 'Padmavati' in Haryana. Khattar had, on November 22, said Haryana would take a judgment on permitting the screening of 'Padmavati' in the state after it got a separation from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC).
