Lucknow: The outbreak of the corona epidemic continues in Uttar Pradesh. Now, another Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA has lost his life. BJP MLA and former minister Dal Bahadur Kori passed away today from the Salon assembly seat in Rae Bareli. He had been infected with a corona in the past and was undergoing treatment.

Earlier, BJP MLA Ramesh Diwakar from Auraiya, Suresh Srivastava MLA from Lucknow West, Kesar Singh, MLA from Nawabganj in Bareilly, have also passed away due to corona infection. After the death of Kesar Singh Gangwar, his son had hit out at Modi and the Yogi government by writing a Facebook post. BJP legislature party Bahadur Kori from Salon seat was found corona positive a week ago. He was then admitted to Apollo Hospital in Lucknow. His health suddenly deteriorated this morning. He passed away during treatment. The news of his death has caused an atmosphere of grief in Salon.

BJP Party MLA Bahadur Kori had said in an interview that he was associated with the Ram Mandir movement in 1990, he had also gone to jail twice, during which he got a ticket in 1991, but lost the election. However, Dal Bahadur Kori first became an MLA from the Salon Assembly in 1996 and became a minister during Rajnath Singh's tenure as chief minister.
