A case has been registered against Rahul Gandhi, AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi and film actress Swara Bhaskar for making the video of beating up an elderly man viral in Loni, Ghaziabad and spreading hatred. In fact, BJP MLA from Loni Nand Kishore Gurjar has written a letter to the Dhanmukh of Loni border and registered a case against him and demanded action. In the case, the MLA has alleged that the trio conspired to incite communal riots and shared misleading posts through their official Twitter haider, in which case action should be taken against them.
In fact, MLA Nand Kishore has alleged and said, "The video of the elderly man shaving and assaulting him as part of the conspiracy went viral. He also said, 'The incident took place on 5th June, while an attempt has been made to give it a religious angle". The MLA also said, "A case has been registered against many in the case and some have been arrested, but a case should be registered against the leaders who tweeted the incident and gave religious colour, who have linked it to Lord Ram". At the same time, he has said, "There is a well-planned international conspiracy behind the incident to defame up and the Central government".
On the other hand, UP CM Yogi Adityanath has tweeted a warning to Rahul Gandhi. In a tweet, he said, "Lord Rama's first lesson is to speak the truth" which you have never done in life. Shame on you that even after the police tell the truth, you are spreading poison in the society. They are embarrassing humanity for the lure of power. Stop insulting the people of Uttar Pradesh, defaming them."
