Patna: A BJP MLA has filed a case against the son of another MLA of his own party for allegedly posting objectionable comments on Facebook. Deputy Superintendent of Police Amit Kumar, who is in charge of the area, said an FIR has been registered at Bahadurpur police station in Darbhanga district on the basis of a complaint by Kewati MLA Murari Mohan Jha.
Amit Kumar said the complaint has been filed against Dhirendra Kumar Dheeraj, whose father Misri Lal Yadav is an MLA from Aliganj. In this case, Misri Lal Yadav said that I have no news about this. We are also from Kewati. There may be some differences. I can comment only after knowing the facts.
Meanwhile, Dheeraj shared a few videos on his Facebook page and said he was "not afraid of going to jail" and would continue his fight against "rampant corruption". On the other hand, the DSP said that the matter is being investigated.
