Badaun: Sunil Kumar Saroj, Executive Officer (EO) of Municipality Dataganj in Budaun, UP, has accused Vinay Kumar Singh, brother of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA Rajiv Kumar Singh from Dataganj, of abusing and misbehaving. The EO has complained about this incident to the Collector (DM). On this, the Collector has directed the ADM to take action after investigating the entire matter.

Sunil Kumar Saroj, EO of the same municipality, sent this complaint to Collector Deepa Ranjan on 6 April. In which he had mentioned that the visit ceremony of the Vice-Chairman of SC / ST Commission Mithlesh Kumar was on 6th April and he was making arrangements in the guest house of the District Panchayat. According to the complaint, due to this, a call from Vinay Kumar Singh, brother of Bharatiya Janata Party MLA Rajiv Kumar Singh, came on his mobile and sought information about the persons present in the guest house.

EO told that he gave complete information to him. It is also mentioned in the complaint that after some time Vinay Kumar Singh himself threatened the guest house and abused the EO while referring to the construction works, due to which he was mentally disturbed. Along with this, EO Sunil Kumar Saroj has also told the threat of life from BJP MLA's brother Vinay Kumar Singh. He has also told in the complaint that now he is unable to work by living in Dataganj, and wants his transfer. Unless transferred, they should be attached somewhere else.
