Kolkata: The West Bengal unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has claimed that the Trinamool Congress Party (TMC) is hiding the statistics of deaths due to coronavirus. The BJP has also accused the dead bodies of moving around. The state president of the BJP has compared the Trinamool Congress with the Left in the Nandigram movement. The BJP state unit president has demanded the removal of the food minister of the state over alleged mismanagement in the ration system.

Dilip has claimed the failure of the food minister of the state to cause problems in the rationing system.
