NEW DELHI: After winning the 2019 Lok Sabha elections for the second consecutive time, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is now gearing up for fresh elections in its organisation. The election process in the party organisation is expected to start from September 11. It is reported that elections to booth president level and youth committees are proposed in the first phase of assembly elections.
The election of BJP booth president and youth committees will be held from September 11 to 30. The second phase of elections will be held in the state. The phase will continue from October 11 to October 31. The election of the district president and members of the State Council will be held in the third phase from November 11 to 30.
"In the fourth phase, elections to BJP state president and National Council members will be held between December 1 and 15. After these elections, the date for the election of the party's national president will be fixed." The search for a new national president for the BJP has been going on since Amit Shah became home minister, currently, JP Nadda is the acting president of the party.
