BJP's retaliation on CM Kejriwal's 'house arrest' allegations

New Delhi: Delhi Police put the Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal under the house arrest at the behest of BJP. This allegation has been made by the leaders of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) of CM Kejriwal. After which the Delhi Police gave clarification on that and said that CM Kejriwal has not been arrested. BJP termed this statement of Aam Aadmi Party as political rhetoric and accused Kejriwal government of lying and suppressing the money of Municipal Corporation.

The Mayor of the three Municipal Corporations of Delhi has been demonstrating and sitting on a protest since Monday afternoon outside the house of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal. The three mayors have been sitting on a protest since that time. When Delhi CM Kejriwal met the agitating farmers from the Indus border and returned to his home. On behalf of AAP leaders, it was said that as soon as Arvind Kejriwal returned home, BJP leaders started a demonstration outside his house and put him under house arrest with the help of police so that he could not get out.

In the allegations made by AAP, it was also said that CM Kejriwal has been held hostage in his residence, due to which he is neither able to meet people nor able to do government work. All this was done because Arvind Kejriwal has supported the farmers.
