New Delhi: Along with the Maharashtra and Haryana assembly elections, by-elections were held in many states of the country. For which the counting of votes continues today. After the initial trends, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) seems to be making gains in Haryana and Maharashtra. Although the BJP does not seem to get a majority in Haryana, it looks certain to form the NDA government in Maharashtra. On the other hand, if we talk about UP by-election, then it seems to be taking an edge here.

While the AIADMK was leading in two seats in the Tamil Nadu Assembly by-election, the workers convinced by the victory have started celebrating. In the Sikkim assembly by-election, the BJP has captured the Martamaramtek seat, creating history. In the Bihar by-election, JDU was leading in two seats, while RJD and AIMIM were leading in one seat each. In Himachal by-election, BJP has won Dharamshala seat.

At the same time, Congress candidate from Kamarajanagar has won in Puducherry Assembly by-election. BJP is leading in Dharamsala and Pachad seat in Himachal Pradesh by-election. In the Punjab by-elections, the Congress is leading in three seats, while the Shiromani Akali Dal has held the lead in one seat. In the UP by-election, Samajwadi Party candidate Tazin Fatima was leading with 6364 votes in Rampur.
