It is alleged that TMC activists attacked and killed the 50-year-old mother of a BJP supporter. It is being told that TMC supporters reached the house of BJP supporters where the worker's mother was sitting. When the accused first questioned in relation to his son, when the mother tried to find out the case from the activists, the accused brutally beat Madhavi Adak, the mother of the BJP supporter. The woman was admitted to the hospital in critical condition, but the woman succumbed to death during treatment.

The West Bengal BJP unit alleges that TMC workers were harassing our supporters the following day. A day before the third phase elections, Mamata Banerjee's goons surrounded the house of the BJP worker, and then a tussle started with the BJP supporter about the election. The scramble began in a while. When the mother arrived to intervene, the workers beat her mother mercilessly. The BJP is demanding the arrest of the accused at the earliest. At the same time, TMC is denying this charge as false.
