On Wednesday, a special committee of Parliament suggested to the higher government officials to stop the black marketing of Corona medicines, to determine its prices, and to simplify the rules at the local level. It has also been said to promote available medicines. Sources informed this. Union Home Secretary Ajay Bhalla, Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Health, Luv Agarwal, and other top officials have discussed many matters under the chairmanship of Congress leader Anand Sharma. The same has been reported to the Parliamentary Standing Committee on the management of the Corona epidemic, removing the lockdown from the phased plan and restoring economic activities.

Sources said that during the meeting, members of the committee expressed concern over the black marketing of vaccines such as Remadecivir and Tosilizumab. It has also suggested setting a maximum price limit for these vaccines. He said that the MPs should simplify the rules at the local level and move away from the party spirit. So that medicines are easily available in the market. The pharmaceutical lobby wants to eliminate the affordable vaccine by emphasizing on expensive options. Members of the committee were informed by the officers about its effectiveness in preventing the lockdown and spread of Covid-19 infection in India.

Sources informed that the Union Home Secretary Bhalla made a presentation about the entire situation being dealt with by the government. The MPs suggested that a national database of workers should be created because it will help in improving their social safety. It should be provided with food items and money directly in the bank account.
