BlackBuck Poaching Case :Salman leaves Jodhpur Court, Next hearing on July 17

Jodhpur: on May 7, The hearing of plea filed against Salman Khan's conviction in a black deer hunting case,  heard on Monday in which Salman's lawyer put the arguments to cancel the 5-year sentence. As per sources Salman Khan appeared personally in Jodhpur Court. Salman has reached Jodhpur. After Salman Khan was sentenced in the Kankani Deer Hunting case, he got the conditional bail from the district and sessions court.

In a BlackBuck Poaching Case, Salman Khan left from Jodhpur District and Sessions Court. Next date of hearing is July 17.

Appeal filed against Salman Khan is to be heard by the district and sessions judge Chandra Kumar Sonargara in the Jodhpur court. Sources say Salman met his lawyer on Sunday (May 6th), after reaching Jodhpur in the evening. On April 5, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jodhpur District Presiding Officer Devkumar Khatri, sentenced to five years in jail for Bollywood actor Salman Khan in a nearly two-decade old black deer hunting case. Along with this, he also imposed a fine of ten thousand rupees.

In this case other accused actor Saif Ali Khan and actress Neelam, Sonali and Tabu were acquitted on the benefit of doubt. After the punishment, Salman Khan was taken into custody. After that, Salman stayed in jail from April 5 until April 7.

 On April 7, the District and Sessions Court granted conditional bail while banning the trial and lower court pronounced verdict against Salman Khan.
