According to an American media outlet BLACKPINK’s pre-release track by surpassing their previous record set by "How You Like That," "Pink Venom" became the biggest music video premiere of 2022 on YouTube and the third-largest 24-hour music video debut ever.

A total of 2.5 million viewers were recorded when the music video for "Pink Venom" was made available, according to data from YouTube Premiere. Furthermore, this sets a K-pop female group record for the highest record. The music video for "Pink Venom," which had previously amassed 100 million views at the fastest rate among K-pop girl groups (29 hours and 35 minutes), has continued to hold the top spot as the most-watched video on YouTube for the fourth day.

The song has so far dominated the top of the iTunes song charts in 74 countries, including the US and the UK, and it has led the global Spotify Top Songs chart, the largest music streaming service in the world, for three days in a row. Previously, the most popular streaming service in the world, Spotify, saw "Pink Venom" reach the top. The song peaked at number one on the US Spotify "Global Top 50" chart. The first song by a female K-pop singer is this one. On the day of its release, the song topped the iTunes Top Song Charts in 73 different countries, demonstrating its widespread popularity.

BLACKPINK is a South Korean girl group founded by YG Entertainment and comprised of Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa.
