Blake Shelton helped celebrate America's birthday by performing his hit song Minimum Wage from Nashville as part of NBC's Macy's 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular.

The 45-year-old singer was just one of the numerous performers for the two-hour special, hosted by Renée Elise Goldsberry and Ryan Eggold.

Shelton was joined by Black Pumas, Coldplay, OneRepublic, Reba McEntire, Jonas Brothers, Marshmello, Allyson Felix, Simone Manuel, Tatyana McFadden and Jessica Long.

Shelton rocked out in a long-sleeved black dress shirt with the sleeves rolled up as he played  his acoustic guitar.

He also wore dark jeans for his performance of Minimum Wage, as he was accompanied by his band.

Minimum Wage is the second single from his 12th studio album Body Language, which was released in May.

Shelton's performance was most likely pre-recorded amid news that he finally tied the knot with his longtime fiancee Gwen Stefani.

The couple, who started dating in 2015, got engaged in October 2020, with the couple tying the knot at Shelton's ranch in Oklahoma.

It was reported last week that they applied for their marriage license and were set to tie the knot in mere days.
