BMW, the German carmaker had updated its popular 3-series in India last year and now announces a facelift version of the more luxury version – the BMW 3 Series Gran Turismo. The new BMW 3 Series Gran Turismo (3GT) has been given a mid-life facelift and will be available with a price tag of 43.30 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
The new BMW Gran Turismo facelift comes in two variants on the diesel version; the Sport variant which is priced at Rs 43.30 lakh while the Luxury version costs Rs 46.50 lakh. The company has also announced a petrol variant of the 3GT which will come at a price of Rs 47.50 lakh.
The 2.0-litre diesel engine produces 190bhp of peak power and 400Nm of peak power. The engine comes with an 8-speed automatic gearbox and a rear wheel drive setup. The petrol version of the GT, the 330i, comes with a 2-litre turbocharged, inline 4 engine that produces 252bhp. The 330i is said to reach 100km/h in just 6.1 seconds.
