The luxury car is also being launched in the market this festive season. Meanwhile, luxury car maker company BMW has launched the BMW M5 Competition car in India. The car has been launched as a Completely Built Unit (CBU) in India. The ex-showroom price of the car in India is Rs 1.55 crore. The car uses the engine given in standard BMW 5. The car has a 4.4 litre twin-turbo V8 motor. This motor generates 616 bhp power and 750Nm torque.

It is worth noting that the company has a BMW M5 competition in this car which is Rs. 10 lakhs more expensive than its standard BMW M5 variant, which is Rs. 1.44 crore in India. In India, it will compete with Mercedes-AMG E 63S and Audi RS7 Performance. The car has an 8-speed M Steptronic transmission. This car can accelerate from 0 to 100 km per hour in 3.3 seconds. The standard M5 takes 3.9 seconds for a 100 km/h speed. Like the M5, this car too has an M xDrive all-wheel-drive system. The car has DSC and xDrive modes. This gives the driver the option to choose between 4WD, 4WD Sport and 2WD modes.

The M5 Competition is very similar to its standard version in appearance. However, some new features have been given in this edition. Radiator grille, wing mirror, rear apron, rear spoiler are provided in this version. Roof lightweight and high tensile carbon fibre plastic of this car has been used. Recently the company launched the BMW 3 Series in India in India. The new BMW 3 Series is built on the cluster architecture platform. Its front has LED DRL, LED headlamp, LED fog lamp and large kidney grille in L-shape. Changes have also been made to the design of the front bumpers. The L-shape at the rear features taillights and a redesigned bumper. The new car has been introduced in 4 colour options.
