New Delhi: The GS Trophy edition colours have been added to the F 850 GS, R 1250 GS, and R 1250 GS Adventure models by BMW Motorrad.
Each and every ADV now has a fresh Gravity blue metallic paint job with vibrant graphics that honour the spirit of the International GS Trophy competition.
All three bikes are mechanically identical to the standard variants aside from the cosmetic change.

The eighth International GS Trophy motorsports competition was put on by the German brand BMW Motorrad last September. The week-long challenge, which is billed as the ultimate off-road motorcycle adventure, attracted 57 participants.
It requires excellent riding skills, endurance, and tenacity to complete. The company has unveiled new paint jobs for its ADVs to mark the accomplishment of the off-roading competition.

One of the world's most capable middleweight ADVs is the BMW F 850 GS. It has wire-spoked wheels, an imposing beak, an upright windscreen, an upswept exhaust, and a powerful fuel tank.
It has disc brakes on both wheels, ABS, inverted front forks, and a rear monoshock for the safety of the rider. An 853cc parallel-twin engine with 94hp/92Nm is used to power it.
The BMW R 1250 GS is regarded as the industry standard for liter-class ADV vehicles. It has a sloped fuel tank, an upswept exhaust, wire spoked wheels, and full LED lighting.

It has single-sided BMW Paralever rear suspension, disc brakes, ABS Pro, traction control, riding modes, a central spring front strut, and other safety features. Its 1,254cc boxer-twin engine produces 134 horsepower and 143 pound-feet of torque.

The BMW R 1250 GS Adventure is a modified version of the standard model that has received some aesthetic and technical improvements.
It comes with heavier-duty wire-spoke wheels, full-color TFT instrumentation with the newest connectivity options, and better front and rear crash protection. The same 1,254cc boxer-twin engine from the base model is available for it.
