Actor Shiney Ahuja, who made his entry in the Bollywood world with the movie 'Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi', made a splash as soon as he entered. Shiney, who won everyone's heart with the very first movie, had made fans' hearts a different place. They had a line of work. After seeing Shiney in 'Gangster', 'Woh Lamhe', 'Life in a Metro', people started feeling that a new star was making his stride. But they say that it does not take long for bad times to come. Shiney also made a mistake that has ruined his entire career.

In fact, Shiney was accused of rape by her maid and that's where his career began to end. In 2009, Shiney Ahuja's maid accused her of rape and made a series of shocking revelations. After which he was taken into custody on 14th June, 2009. As a result, Shiney was carried away by the police with a black cloth on his face. 

Shiney was badly broken after the allegations were made. On interrogation, he had said that he did not understand that the crime he had committed was so serious. In the lockup, he could not sleep or eat because of repentance. However, after three months, he came out on bail. Shiney was sentenced to 7 years in prison in 2011 for rape. A fine of 3,000 rupees was also imposed. Shiney then appealed to the High Court and was released on bail. Shiney had said in his explanation that it was not rape and that it was with the consent of both.
