The legendary actor Om Puri at the age of 66 took his last breathe. He has passed away due to severe heart attack on January 6. His sudden demise was a shock to everyone in and out Film Industry. 

The day before, in Iskcon temple Mumbai, a prayer meet was held which was attended by his close friends and colleagues. The Bollywood celebs including Amitabh Bachchan, Naseerudin Shah and Randhir Kapoor etc with their family members attended the prayer meet of actor Om Puri. Abhishek and Aishwarya also seen with Amitabh Bachchan. Naseerudin came with wife Ratna Pathak Shah.

Prateik Babbar, Kabir Bedi, Poonam Dhillon, Shyam Benegal, Mini Mathur, Prasoon Joshi, Siddharth Roy Kapur, Vipul Shah, Nandita Das, Prem Chopra, Amol Gupte, Priya Dutt, Pankaj Kapoor, Supriya Pathak, Divya Dutta, Kailash Kher, Tisca Chopra, David Dhawan and Shabana Azmi attended Om Puri 's prayer meet.
