Malang box office: Aditya-Disha's film earned this much on opening day
Malang had collected a decent collection of 25.36 crores in the opening weekend. Considering the same Malang's pace, the film is estimated to have grossed around 40 crores in the first week. Looking at the career of Aditya Roy Kapur in the last few years, then Malang has started well. Apart from this, Aditya's last hit among the films with the solo lead role is Aashiqui 2, which was directed by Mohit Suri. She was followed by Dawat-E-Ishq, Fitoor and Ok Jaanu. She was also a part of the star cast of successful films like Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, but the lead role was played by Ranbir Kapoor. The main star cast of the multi starer stigma that came out last year included Aditya, which proved to be a big flop.
