Bihar Public Service Commission has started the process of registration for 255 recruitments of Assistant Engineer. Interested candidates can register online by visiting the official website of BPSC www.bpsc.bih.nic.in. This recruitment is for filling up the posts of Assistant Engineer (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) lying vacant in Urban Development and Housing Department, Government of Bihar.

Interested candidates will be able to register for these posts from May 4 to May 18. The last date for online fees is 25 May 2020. The last date for filling the online application is 02 June 2020. Out of total 255 vacancies, 192 vacancies are for Civil (Civil) posts. While 61 vacancies are for mechanical and 02 vacancies for electrical posts.

Educational Qualification: As per the candidate post, it is mandatory to have an engineering degree holder (BE or B.Tech degree) in the respective category (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical).

Age Limit: The minimum age limit has been fixed at 21 years and maximum 37 years.

Application Fee: General category - Rs 750

SC and ST category of Bihar - 200 rupees

All women of Bihar state - Rs 200

Divyang class - 200 rupees

All other candidates - Rs 750
