New Delhi: The ongoing protests by the farmers against the Agriculture Act of the Government of India are in the headlines. British Sikh Labor MP Tanmanjit Singh Deesi, who is spearheading this campaign, raised the issue of Indian farmers in the House of Commons in a weekly Prime Minister's Question (PMQs) session. PM Boris Johnson's answer to the question of Tanmanjit Singh Desi shocked everyone.

The British PM Johnson could not understand the issue properly and in his brief remarks, he spoke about some other subject. Johnson said, 'Our view is that we are certainly very concerned about what is happening between India and Pakistan, but it is important for both governments. I know they will praise these points. India-Pakistan's mention of the issue of farmers shocked everyone.

The UK government's explanation has come to light on PM Boris Johnson's answer. In a statement issued by Britain, it was said that the Prime Minister could not listen to the questions properly. The British government is monitoring the issue of farmers' protest in India.
