In early trade today the BSE Sensex depreciated by 149 pt while NSE Nifty by 8,800-mark among weak global cues.The 30-share barometer turned down 149.22 ts, or 0.52 %, to 28,519.
As well, Nifty was trading down by 42.10 pts, or 0.48 %, at 8,789.45.
According to the brokers said that, “apart from profit-booking, a weak trend in Asia on lower oil prices and decline on the Wall Street last week kept the domestic bourses here on a sticky wicket"
US Dow Jones Industrial Average ended 0.71 % down on last session.
