New Delhi: Unprecedented surges in corona virus cases and weakening symptoms in healthy people are developing, causing the existing medical structure to collapse. At present, bsf personnel serving and retired with their families need treatment and rehabilitation and their treatment in BSF facilities is going to have the biggest impact without burdening excessive medical facilities.

BSF has worked on a war footing to deal with the covid crisis and upgraded its facility by installing 20 oxygen beds, out of which 10 beds are in Covid Care Centre Chhawla and 10 beds are in Coweed Care Centre (CCC) Tigri. All these are related to 20 bed oxygen and multipara monitors. The CCC is connected to the 1-bed by-pap machine in the CCC tigri like the blister and every 2 have ventilators installed. The CCC chhawla also has 30 standalone oxygen beds.

There are 10 standalone oxygen beds in C Tigri on the same line. Thus, we have a total of 60 oxygen beds for managing their dependent family members, including critically ill patients and retirees of BSF. BSF patients are in the process of setting up two mini-oxygen plants in the above locations to ensure uninterrupted supply of oxygen.
