BSNL is reducing the value of prepaid plans for customers who are recharging through their mobile app - Selfcare. BSNL launched the Selfcare mobile app a few months ago, and it looks like Vodafone idea's (VI) mobile app. By March 31, 2022, Bansal has said that it is going to offer a discount of 4% on prepaid plans of users recharged through the self-care app. Note that the recharge offer is applicable only on plans priced at Rs 201 and above.

4% off -This offer has been offered only for self-care app users. It will not be given to those who are recharging themselves through third-party mobile apps like Google Pay, PhonePe and others. Every plan available on the website for users has been offered on the Selfcare app. This is not a very incentive offer for users to recharge through the mobile app as 4% of the Rs 201 plan is going to be only Rs 8.04.

More than 10 lakh people have downloaded the app: The strategy is definitely to bring more users to the BSNL self-care portal, including those who already have the app on smartphones and those who don't have it. BSNL Selfcare is offered to customers who use both iOS and Android smartphones. BSNL has also given a 4.4-star rating on the Google Play Store of Selfcare and has already been downloaded by more than 10 lakh users. This is a very lite app that is not consuming too much data.

There are so many things you can do in the app: Through this app, BSNL users will be able to recharge, check balance, manage recharges of their friends and relatives and much more. BSNL wants users to migrate from the old My BSNL app to the self-care app. But without a short discount, BSNL may have to withdraw many offers. Because 4% is quite low.

BSNL has brought even more amazing offers for its customers
