The debate in the High Court on the merger of six BSP MLAs into Congress has been completed. Today at 2 pm the High Court will pronounce its decision. According to the High Court's debate today, the Chief Justice Inderjit Mahanti's court can order in its decision regarding the way of serving a summons and the stay application to be set aside for the single bench.

In the appeal presented by the BSP and the BJP MLA Madan Dilawar in the High Court, it has been said that the six MLAs of the BSP are locked in the enclosure at Gehlot Camp. In this case, they are not able to serve notice. Eklpeeth has also refused to give ex-party stay. In such a case, provide stay in the bench case but the bench of justice has also verbally refused to give an ex-party stay in the case.

On Thursday, on behalf of the speaker, it was said that according to a 1958 order of the Government of India, it cannot be used as a post office to summon the Assembly Secretariat. On this, the court made an oral comment and said that it is not easy to summon the MLA under the present circumstances but we will decide the way to summon. After the court decision is expected, the political scenario in Rajasthan can be right.
