NEW DELHI: The first general budget for the Modi government's second term has been presented by Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Friday and the budget has seen a lot of changes. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has also said that the common man will get new coins of Rs 1, 2, 5, 10 and 20.

What's more, touching the coin will also visually identify how much it is worth the coin. In her Budget Speech, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said, "On March 7, 2019, coins worth Rs 1, 2, 5, 10 and Rs 20 were issued by Prime Minister Modi which blind people can touch to identify."

In her Budget Speech, the Finance Minister also announced the setting up of social stock exchanges under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for social welfare organizations and further said that the exchange will help those organisations which are social welfare. Capital raising operations in the form of equity, debt or mutual fund units for debts. But amid all these things, some experts have also been annoyed by this budget.
