New Delhi: TheArvind Kejriwal government in Delhi is going to do away with the 20 per cent discount on circle rate of properties. After this, people will have to spend more money on everything from the purchase of property to the registration. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government in Delhi had announced relaxations from April 1, 2021 to September 30, 2021, to boost the economy due to the Corona pandemic.

This concession was being given in all the three categories of property category i.e. residential, commercial and industrial. He was then extended till December 31, 2021. The Arvind Kejriwal government in Delhi had extended it again from January 2022 to June 30, 2022 for the second time to continue the relief to the people. Now the Delhi government believes that the decision to continue the circle rate will help end the long-standing economic slowdown in the property market.

According to the information given by the official sources, the economy is getting back on track after Corona. Prices of properties have gone up in nearby areas, including Delhi, due to which it will not be possible for the government to give exemption after June 30. The circle rate of properties in Delhi has been fixed by dividing them into eight categories.
