TVS Motor Company and Yamaha have increased the price of their vehicles for the second time, after the price hike by many big companies. TVS updated the Apache RTR range with BS6 compliant engine earlier this year. After which the price of these motorcycles has been increased for the second time.
The company's Apache series includes Apache RTR 160, Apache RTR 160 4V, Apache RTR 180 and Apache RTR 200 4V, whose price has been increased to Rs 1,050. Earlier in May this year, the company had increased the price of RTR 160 4V by Rs 2,000. The price of Apache RTR 160 4V has been increased for the second time. After the price increase, the price of the rear drum version of the motorcycle has now gone up to Rs 1,04,000, while the price of disc brake version has now been fixed at Rs 1,07,050 ex-showroom Delhi. That is, with the introduction of BS 6 version, the price of the company Apache series has gone up to Rs 4 thousand.
Apart from this, Yamaha has also increased the price of its vehicle lineup by up to Rs 2,000. Yamaha introduced BS6 Ray ZR 125 Fi and BS6 Yamaha Ray ZR Street Rally 125 Fi scooter earlier this year whose price had seen an increase only a few months ago. The price of Fascino 125 and Ray ZR 125 has been increased once again.
