1 teaspoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1/2 onion finely chopped
1 carrot finely chopped
1/2 capsicum finely chopped
500 grams cabbage
1 teaspoon oregano (optional)
Salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 bay leaves
4 cups vegetable stock (boiled water)
2 tomatoes

Method of preparation: First of all you cut the cabbage and make two tomato paste. If you want, you can also take cherry tomatoes and cut them. Or you can add chopped cherry tomatoes with tomato paste. Now heat oil in a large pot. Finely chop garlic. Add onions and cook until golden brown. Now add capsicum to it and cook for two minutes.

Now put vegetable stock in it. If replacing chicken stock instead of vegetable stock will also work. If it is not there, then normal water can also be used. Simultaneously, bay leaf and cloves can also be added for flavor. Add the remaining vegetables like carrots etc. Now add tomato paste and cabbage.

Now add oregano to it. If desired, remove bay leaves and cloves. Boil it till the water is reduced to half. You can serve it immediately. If kept in an airtight container, it lasts for two to four days.
