There has been a stir in the politics of Madhya Pradesh for a long time, after which a political struggle has started in the Coronavirus. Because the corona is spreading uncontrollably in the state, all efforts by the government to stop it are seen to be unsuccessful. Shivraj Singh Chauhan has become the Chief Minister after a long political struggle, but till now his government is incomplete. He is the only face of the BJP government formed by the contribution of Jyotiraditya Scindia. Even after almost half a month of taking the oath, not being able to form his cabinet is raising many questions in itself.
It is very important to have a cabinet to keep the administrative system of the state struggling with the Corona crisis. The cabinet's seal on decisions to be taken in the interest of the state is also a constitutional imperative. In such a situation, the government has to resort to the process of post-facto approval.
Although Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan has said that he will form the cabinet after the end of the lockdown, but in the current situation which is visible, it is difficult to say that the conditions will become normal as soon as the lockdown period ends on 14 April.
