New Delhi:- Microsoft has now signed the game Call of Duty with Activision Blizzard to keep the game on PlayStation according to the flowed acquisition, The CEO of Microsoft Gaming Mr Phil Spencer said in his tweet on Sunday.
The deal of keeping the game as it is on the PlayStation would ease the concerns related to the acquisition’s impact on the competition.
Speaking on the agreement that Microsoft made President Brad Smith said in a tweet, "Even after we cross the finish line for this deal's approval, we will remain focused on ensuring that Call of Duty remains available on more platforms and for more consumers than ever before."

The FTC had contended that the agreement would harm customers regardless of whether they subscribed to services or played video games on consoles because Microsoft would have an incentive to exclude competitors like Sony Group.
Microsoft had already consented to license Call of Duty to rivals, including a 10-year deal with Nintendo, subject to the merger's completion, in order to allay the FTC's worries.
Activision's proposal was first disclosed by Microsoft in January 2022. With the acquisition, the internet behemoth aimed to compete with Tencent and Sony. If the Activision acquisition is approved, Call of Duty will be added to both businesses' gaming platforms through earlier 10-year licensing agreements.
