Bengaluru: A shocking incident is coming out of Bengaluru, Karnataka. Actually, here a lover celebrated the first birthday of his own girlfriend. Then, after a while, he killed her by slitting her throat with a knife. The incident is in the Lagere area. As per the news received, the criminal lover suspected that his girlfriend was having an affair with some other boy as well.

Because of this, he carried out this dreadful act of murder. Police said the deceased has been identified as 24-year-old Navya. She was a clerk in the police department. She had an affair with a youth named Prashant, a resident of Kanakpur, for the last 6 years. Both looked like brothers and sisters in the relationship. The family members were not aware of their affair. Meanwhile, Prashant suspects that Navya is having an affair with another boy as well. Both of them argued many times about this matter. But still, this doubt did not leave Prashant's mind. Due to this, he made a plan to kill Navya.

Prashant thought, Why not kill Navya on her birthday itself? So he invites Navya to his house, saying that he wants to celebrate her birthday together. Navya agreed and came to his house. There, Prashant had decorated the whole room nicely. He first cut the birthday cake for Navya. Then he brought a knife from the kitchen and killed him by slitting her throat. After committing the murder, he fled. On the other hand, when Navya did not reach home, her family members lodged a missing person's case in the police station. When the police investigated, her last known location was found at Prashant's house.
