CM said that China should be pushed out of Indian territory. The Chief Minister said that if this threat is not met then the Chinese will ask for more land in future, which is not acceptable at any cost. Citing the Doklam incident, he said that such provocative steps are common from China and that China had occupied Indian territory in Aksaichin and that such measures are being resorted to in Arunachal Pradesh. The Chief Minister said that efforts have been made by China in Uttar Pradesh and Himachal Pradesh to assert their claim on Indian land in the past. China should leave the Indian territory in which it has now come and on which they have no right. Captain Amarinder Singh warned that Indian security forces are now more modern and equipped with better weapons than in 1962 and China cannot take us lightly.
