Kullu: A car has crashed into a 250-feet deep ditch in Barshani, the city's religious tourist town of Manjan. Three people in the car were badly injured. Manikaran police rushed to the spot and launched an investigation into the cause of the accident. The injured have been shifted through 108 ambulances to Kullu Hospital from the site of the accident where all the injured are undergoing treatment.

This is how the accident happened

According to the information, the injured were pulled out of the trench by the nearby people and sent to the hospital. The same car fell about 250 feet down the road. ASP Kullu said that the incident was reported to the police by the locals and the police rushed to the spot and started the rescue operation as soon as the information was received. He said, 3 persons have been injured in the incident and have been admitted to regional level Kullu for treatment.

At the same time, he said, all the injured are Nepalese residents, including 22-year-old Hari Thapa, 23-year-old Tikendra Thapa and 24-year-old Umesh, who are being treated in Kullu.
