If you do not include carbohydrate content in your diet then it can cause great damage to your health. According to a research, the limited amount of carbohydrate is very important for the body. If you consume low or high amount of carbohydrate diets, it can harm your health. 

"Carbohydrates are also known as saccharides or carbs. They are also called sugars or starches. They are a key food source and a major  form of energy for most organisms.

They consist of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen atoms.

According to the research, more or less than needed carbohydrate can harm dietary health. For healthy body it is necessary to have 50 to 55% carbohydrate content. Those who consume less than 40% and more than 70% of carbohydrate, there is a greater risk of death among those people. 

To be healthy, eat balanced foods with limited amounts of nutrients. Pure carbohydrates are present in white bread and white rice. Carbohydrates are easier to digest than fat. So if you want to stay healthy, always eat a limited amount of carbohydrate diets.
